Considering the fact that Montenegro is blessed with sun, sea and olive trees, you can guess what we are offering in our restaurant. Menu includes fresh vegetables and fruits from Montenegrin soil, as well as olive oil, herbs, spices and whole grains. All that goes very well with adequate amount of wine, but also fish and red meat, prepared in traditional way. So, the prominence here is on fresh, local food prepared in unique ways and served in a special ambient of our glamping camp.
Visualy taste the food before it ever hits your tongue
Chef Milos Pejakovic gained valuable experience in the previous ten years in luxurious restaurants and hotels in Montenegro, where he collaborated with eminent chefs. Specialized in preparing meat, but also covers every aspect of cooking, from hot to cold, meat and fish. His focus in the previous decade was on Mediterranean and Asian cuisine and fresh ingredients. Milos pays special attention to the presentation of the dishes, as evidenced in the photos.
